Referral Agency Role
Agape Senior Concierge LLC is a referral agency arranging non-medical caregiver support. Agape is not the employer of caregivers it refers. Depending on the arrangement between the client and caregiver, the client may have employer responsibilities. Agape does not provide medical care, skilled nursing services, clinical treatment, emergency response, or licensed home health services. Any caregiver referral arrangement, intake review, scheduling structure, or related service terms are reviewed privately and may be subject to availability, written agreement, and applicable disclosures.
Caregiver Relationship
Agape Senior Concierge LLC is not the employer of caregivers it refers and does not direct, control, or supervise the manner and means by which a caregiver performs services. The family and caregiver establish their own direct relationship, including compensation, duties, scheduling expectations, and the continuation or termination of their arrangement, subject to applicable law and any written agreements. Agape may provide referral and administrative support, but the caregiver-client relationship may only be ended by the family or the caregiver. Depending on the arrangement, the family may have employer responsibilities.
