What Agape Reviews
Professional Qualifications
- Proficient communication in English
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum of 3 years of professional caregiving experience
- Personal interview completed
- Professional reference checks reviewed
Screening & Documentation
- Active California Home Care Aide Registry status reviewed before referral for home care services, where applicable
- Criminal background check documentation reviewed
- Driving record documentation reviewed when transportation is requested
- Valid driver’s license when driving is part of the arrangement
- Negative tuberculosis screening documentation
- CPR certification documentation when applicable

- Professional presentation
- Reliability and respectful communication
- Commitment to dignity and comfort
- Understanding of household boundaries
- Appropriate experience for the requested support
