Meet the Founder

Angela Finley

I built Agape with a service philosophy grounded in compassion, operational discipline, and trust. My commitment is to help families move forward with support that feels consistent, dignified, and thoughtfully guided from the very beginning.

For more than a decade, I have built and led service-centered businesses with one clear standard: clients, families, and team members must always remain the priority. Agape is built on owner-operator leadership shaped by both direct care experience and the operational discipline required to deliver service with consistency, dignity, and excellence.

My work has been shaped by hands-on leadership, strong operational oversight, and a deep respect for the trust families place in those who support them. Over the years, I have learned that inconsistency in service is rarely a staffing issue alone. More often, it reflects the need for stronger systems, clearer expectations, and more disciplined operations behind the scenes.

My background includes leading complex operations at scale, overseeing teams of approximately 200+ employees, supporting caregiver rosters ranging from 50 to 150, and guiding volunteer teams of 10 to more than 60 individuals. This experience has strengthened my ability to improve coordination, reinforce accountability, and build environments where teams operate with greater clarity, consistency, and professionalism.

What sets my leadership apart is the balance of structure and compassion. I believe exceptional service should feel seamless, respectful, and dependable for clients, families, and the professionals entrusted to support them. Agape was created to reflect that belief through a more thoughtful, elevated, and reliable standard of service.
